When recording most of these songs I was either sleeping very little or in extreme excess. It was during this time that I taught myself to lucid dream mostly with the intention of learning to return to dreams after waking. Many of these songs were inspired by these worlds.

These songs were recorded somewhere between 2000 and 2004 mostly consisting of guitars, voices, and found sounds. All songs where written by Jonathan Deschamps except "She Brings the Rain" which was originally written by the german group Can in 1969. "Swedish Whore" was recorded and performed with Zebulldada.

This music is best listened to in its entirety, alone in a bedroom, without thought.
